Return Policy
At Navayarn, we ensure that every product undergoes a quality check before dispatch. Since most of our products are handmade, variations such as thread pulls, asymmetric printing, etc., are not considered damages.
Order Cancellation & Refund: Orders once placed and paid for cannot be cancelled or refunded.
No Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds on any of our products.
Colour Variation: While we strive to capture the true colour of our products, slight variations may occur due to different screen calibrations. We will not be able to initiate refunds for such variations.
Exchanges for Damaged Products: If a product arrives damaged, we offer an exchange. Customers must email us at navayarn@gmail.com within 2 days of receiving the product and return it within 5 working days. After verifying the product we will deliver a new product within 5 - 7 working days after receiving your returned product.
Return Conditions: The returned product must be in unworn, unused condition. We will not be able to exchange a product that has been used or damaged by the customer.
Product Availability: Exchange is subject to the availability of the product at the time of processing.
No Returns or Exchanges for International Orders.
No Exchanges for Customised Orders: Orders based on size charts and customized orders are not eligible for exchange.
Sale Items: Any items purchased during sales are not eligible for exchange or return.
