Dispatch and Delivery Timeline
- Orders are processed for shipment only after full payment is received. Once an order is placed, changes or refunds are not possible.
- Saree orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment confirmation. Pre-order and custom-made products may require 10-15 working days for processing.
- Domestic deliveries within India are usually completed within 7 days, while International deliveries may take 10-15 days.
Customized Orders
- Products requiring dyeing, stitching, alterations, or modifications need additional processing time.
- Customization charges and estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.
- Customization begins only after receiving full payment. If you have a specific delivery requirement, please notify us in advance.
Shipping Charges
- Within India, shipping charges are ₹100 per saree, using Speed Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, or through Ship Rocket. Charges may vary based on the delivery location.
- We offer free shipping on orders above ₹2,000 within India.
- International shipping is handled by DHL and is charged at actual rates. Customers are responsible for any additional customs duties, import levies, or local charges applicable in their country.
Tracking and Communication
- Once your order is dispatched, we will email you the tracking details provided by the courier service.
- Please note that deliveries may experience delays due to weekends, public holidays, local restrictions, or unforeseen calamities.
